We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Dee's Second Chance.  If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Eligibility
The following conditions must be met:

• Item must be in its original condition. Keeping in mind that these are "Used" items, except where otherwise noted.
• Proof of purchase, such as receipt or order confirmation, must be presented.
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
• This return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or washed.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable."
